Clint rolled his eyes. “Whatever.”
“I’m kinda with Clint,” Tausie said slowly. They threw their hands up in a placating gesture when Olivia gave them a look of complete and utter betrayal. “Look, I’m all for gossiping, but relationship deciphering isn’t really our territory. Aren’t we kinda stepping on the Aphrodite kids’ toes?”
“I’m cutting out the middle man!” Olivia defended. “Besides, they’re not playing ball because Piper’s involved. I asked Valentina and she insists that the three of them are ‘just friends.’”
“Has it ever occurred to you that maybe they are just friends?” Zion asked.
The look Oliva gave her could have withered stone. “Oh for two, Zee. Keep this up and you’re going to lose speaking privileges.”
