The Grey Brocket

In an attempt to break off from the Emperor's Coven and the other Coven heads for a bit, and clear their mind of a series of haunting memories of an old friend following a distressing broadcast. A mysterious bard escapes into the rural expanses of the Boiling Isles in order to plan a rebellion in secret and in peace away from the Emperor's influence. Only to find the town they've come to, to not be the most hospitable of places, but a place haunted by a tragic history of its own, linked to the very power they are reluctantly serving, and none of the residents are happy about it. Leaving the bard completely alone in a foreign place that is nothing but suspicious of them, at least until they ended up a friend, of another fellow member of their coven.
