Summary
Normally I include explanations to canon interpretation in the relevant chapters of my stories. This time, when I was ruminating on how exactly the Trace might work (not really relevant to the published part of the series yet), my list of arguments and examples got way too long, and will probably only interest a minority. So I'm putting it out here for anybody interested in finding logical explanations for things that sometimes seem to be a bit inconsistent in canon.I might add other chapters to it, depending on what comes up.
