Summary
He'd imagined that leaving Stella would be different than this, that his daughter would eventually get to leave home, have her own palace that he'd have customarily built to her liking, maybe settled down with a nice person (or not - Octavia never really seemed interested in that sort of thing) and she would be happy. Then, only once he knew that she was safe and happy, he'd divorce Stella, and be able to pursue a certain imp who had a silent 'o' at the end of his name. He'd get to move into Stolas' palace, they'd put up new pictures, and they'd make it their own, washing away all of the unhappy memories that had taken place in the confines of the building. Or, if things happened sooner rather than later, Stella would leave, Blitz and Loona would move in, and they'd all live as one big family.But no. Things like that only happen in fiction.--------A slight continuation of Sinsmas and a look into Stolas' mind. It gets really sweet at the end teehee :)
